When the breath is unsteady, all is unsteady; when the breath is still; all is still. Control the breath carefully. Inhalation gives strength and a controlled body; retention gives steadiness of mind and longevity; exhalation purifies body and spirit. – Goraksasathakam

MAKE AMENDS

It is the highest form of self-respect to admit our errors and mistakes and make amends for them.— Dale E. Turner

Try to resume connection with someone from whom you are estranged, and practice forgiveness. In life, many incidents happen when we could not control over emotions and hurt the feelings of others. Sometimes we commit mistakes but sometimes it is done by someone very close to us.  Amending all such incidents is not surely possible but some incidents can be resolved and have the tendency to forgive. It shows your greatness to come forward and forgive them from the bottom of your heart.

Keep ill feelings at bay and clear your conscience. It is a step that helps us to reach nearer to GOD because good and bad are both associated with GOD.  But in the last good always wins the race.

Making amends is about making things right. It’s the desire to heal broken relationships.
